After practicing Taichi and slow death by office sitting, Dhugal came to yoga about 5 years ago. He got hooked on the uncanny powers of breath, power and movement and the profound and lasting effects yoga has on both mind and body.
He completed my 200 hours teacher training in 2011 and is presently working on his 500 hours qualification. Dhugal's classes focus on sweat, optimal postural alignment and the uplifting, empowering potential of yoga.

Jill Marshall (Pause Owner)
Jill has taught mat and equipment classes since 2002 and built a reputation of being one of the most effective, life changing, Pilates instructor in Hong Kong. Her expertise in one-on-one sessions and group classes has attracted clients from around the world. The teaching style incorporated in her classes revolves around the movement and fitness principles from Nia, Feldenkrais, Yoga, PT, and TRX training. It is this combination that creates a full mind and body workout, which allows every student to learn with depth and variety resulting in complete inner to outer results.

Haraphan Noophet
Haraphan Noophet is a qualified yoga teacher and has been trained since March 14, 2011 but a practioner for 15 years. She is a registered yoga teacher RYT 200 Level 1, 2 and 3. She completed her RYT 500 and E-RYT. Haraphan is part of the IYA (International Yoga Academy) and Yoga Alliance in Anahata Yoga Hong Kong – http://www.anahatayoga.com.hk/- under Master Yogananth Andiappan who is born to the famous Yoga guru, Dr Asana Andiappan.
