Hatha Yoga

Hit the refresh button. Based on a class of yoga poses each time, these classes build strength, increase flexibility and promote empowered living.
The postures in the sequence work because they mirror the natural range of movement of the body, bending, stretching, lifting, reaching, twisting, so you can move through life with more ease and grace.

Yin Yoga
Looking for balance? Yin Yoga gently works the body’s connective tissue through a series of slow, deep stretches focusing on the hips, spine and lower back. Yin draws you in, it is a wonderful approach to mental and emotional wellbeing. Yin yoga is often described as the other half of a yoga practice. Hatha Yoga is a yang practice - it is flowing and more athletic, affecting muscles, making them longer and stronger. A Yin Yoga practice is a slower, deeper practice that increases and opens the body.
Sports Joint Release Yoga

If you can’t move well, you can’t play your sport well.
As a cyclist, runner or dynamic athlete flexibility, energy flow and ease of movement are truly important for speed, agility and injury prevention. As athletes we’ve got to be quick, mobile and free of tissue restrictions to move the way our sports demand.
Our Sports Joint Release classes combine a Hatha yoga flow with yin style stretches and careful explanation of how to add yin yoga to your cross training program to achieve peak athletic performance. Flexibility in the muscles and myofacial slings increases our range of movement. Releasing these tissues requires a special kind of stretch, which decreases muscular tension across large muscle groups.
Increase your range of motion, strength and power with yoga.
Aerial Yoga Basics

Aerial Yoga Basics will build strength and flexibility by working through a range of suspended postures and vinyasas preformed in a supportive silk hammock.
Looking for a unique physical experience to boost circulation and invert your normal perspective? No previous Yoga experience is required for our Aerial classes, so you can simply sign-up and bring a friend or family member.
Aerial yoga uses a low hanging, soft suspended fabric hammock to aid traditional yoga postures by supporting your body weight. The weightlessness removes compression from the spine and provides greater comfort and freedom of movement in postures. Poses that might have been restricted will start to become more accessible.
If the idea of exploring airborne yoga postures piques your curiosity then take your practice off the mat and into the air!
